1. Software IP & Source Code Ownership
Movera Solutions delivers 100% full source code ownership and IP rights to the client upon contract fulfillment. Custom code written specifically for the client is never resold.
2. Technical Warranty & Maintenance
We offer an initial warranty period for all developed systems covering bug fixes, alongside 24/7 continuous technical support to ensure server and application stability.
3. Quotations & Service Contracts
Official enterprise quotes are issued based on the approved Scope of Work (SOW). Major scope changes outside agreed requirements are handled via standard contract addendums.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Movera guarantees 99.9% server uptime for cloud hosting services, supported by automated daily backups and enterprise DDoS mitigation.
5. Governing Law & Technical Support
